About us

Hallen has about 60 employees and is located in a quiet neighborhood in Råsunda, close to green areas.

The residence has 69 apartments for individuals with care decisions for round-the-clock care. We focus on both somatic and dementia care. There are also day activities operated by Solna City.

Hallen is a profile residence with a focus on food and culture. Meals are an important part of life and should be a source of joy, enjoyment, and community, as well as providing nutrition and energy. The food reflects the seasons and holidays.

What does the job entail?

As a nursing assistant and caregiver at Hallen, your mission is to create a safe environment for the residents together with your colleagues. You will provide good care and plan and execute high-quality interventions together with the resident.

Your tasks include, among others:

• case management: follow and execute interventions in the resident's implementation plan
• offer activities and companionship that provide a meaningful everyday life
• documentation in social journals (Life Care)
• service tasks such as laundry, cleaning, serving meals, baking, and other practical tasks
• perform medical interventions after delegation and collaborate with the responsible nurse and paramedics
• our digital work tools are mobile phones and computers. This means you need to have a functioning BankID to log in and work in the system.

Who are we looking for?

You have

• relevant education in care and nursing
• good knowledge of care and nursing work
• good digital skills at a level required for these tasks
• experience in social documentation
• good command of Swedish in speech and writing.

We consider it an advantage if you have

• protected professional title as a nursing assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare
• experience and knowledge in age-related issues
• experience in palliative care.

The assignment requires that you are a secure and empathetic person who is willing to take initiative. To succeed, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and are flexible. You are a person who considers the overall best interests of the organization in your actions and can plan and organize your work effectively.
